The website www.dreamvoyant.fr (hereinafter referred to as “the Website”) offers online dream analysis and psychic reading services. These services are provided by independent freelance psychics who are not employees of the Website. The Website acts as an intermediary platform and accepts no liability for the quality of services provided directly by the psychics.
1. Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale
Use of the Website’s services is restricted to people who are of legal age and have legal capacity in their country of residence. By accessing and using the Website, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions fully and without reservation. Users are advised to check the Terms and Conditions of Sale published online regularly, as they may be amended, removed or supplemented.
2. Services Offered
2.1. Psychic readings
The Website acts as an intermediary between the user and the freelance psychics consulted. Interactions and transactions take place directly between the user and the professional. The psychics are not employees of Dream Voyant but are self-employed.
The latest technologies (for example, artificial intelligence) will be used to give users the most appropriate answers to their questions
2.2. Dream analysis
As part of improving its services and personalising responses, the Website uses automated technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI)-assisted systems. These technologies are used to optimise certain responses to users’ requests, while maintaining a commitment to quality and ethical standards.
3. Limitation of Liability
Given the independence of the service providers, the Website accepts no liability for:
- The quality of the consultations provided.
- Reviews or comments left by customers.
- The skills of the professionals.
4. Registering for the Service
Registration is completed using embedded forms. The information provided by the user is used to personalise the services and will not be sold or rented to third parties without consent.
5. Deregistration
The Website reserves the right to deregister a user or refuse to open an account without providing a reason, in the event of false information or failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions of Sale. The user may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in emails.
6. Specific Conditions for Consultations
The user undertakes to use the services honestly and respectfully, without requesting personal information or unlawful services. Any unauthorised recording of exchanges is strictly prohibited.
7. Service Charges
Consultations may incur additional charges depending on the communication method used (premium-rate numbers, SMS). Prices are regularly updated on the Website.
8. User Commitments
The user must exercise sound judgement when using the Website and thereby avoid developing any form of dependency. The user undertakes to seek consultations only when their cost does not significantly affect their income. The user is responsible for their use of the services, and the Website cannot be held liable for any dependency that may develop.
9. Right of Withdrawal (see the relevant information sheet)
In accordance with Articles L.221-25 and L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services provided in real time at the user’s request. A period of fourteen (14) days is allowed for unused packages.
To exercise the right of withdrawal for these unused packages, the user must notify their decision by registered post with acknowledgement of receipt to the following address:

10. Service Availability and Accessibility
The Website and its partners undertake to ensure the availability of the services, but reserve the right to modify or interrupt them without notice where technically necessary (maintenance, Website development, incidents, etc.) or in the event of force majeure.
11. Disputes and Fraudulent Use
Payments are secure. In the event of fraudulent use, the user must inform the Website immediately.
12. Intellectual Property and Personal Data Protection
All Website content, including trademarks, text, photographs and source code, is the exclusive property of Dream Voyant. Any reproduction or use without authorisation is prohibited.

The data collected is processed in accordance with the GDPR. The user has the right to access, rectify and delete their data by contacting dreamvoyant@gmail.com.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will attempt to resolve it amicably. If no agreement is reached, jurisdiction will lie with the court for the location of Dream Voyant’s registered office.
